If you’re wondering why the current Canon 7D is getting an “out-of-stock” status recently from major retailers, well, it could only mean one thing —-the Japanese camera giant might have just ended its production to introduce a new one. And the EOS 7D replacement has been rumored for quite a while now, however, there are no solid leaks to cement that Canon is cooking a “pro” APS-C camera on its lab.
And we dig further on the thread of CanonRumors to check what are the things they got for EOS 7D Mark II from their tipsters:
- WiFi and GPS – these features are standards for new Canon DSLRs(mids, pro)
- EOS-1 top style plate – which means no mode dial
- Pop-up flash – even with a new top style plate
- 100% coverage and a magnification of 1.15 – the current camera has 98% coverage and a 1.0x magnification
- Possible August release
If you have new or other feature/s that you know, you can share it on the comment form or drop us an email –we’ll update this post for you.
