Aston Martin has finally revealed the details of partnership with Daimler that was inked last July. Motley Fool website reported that the British supercar manufacturer will have its flagship 2016 Aston Martin Vanquish to be the premiere model to run the results of the partnership. Starting with this model, a high-performance V8 engine being developed by Mercedes-AMG group will be fitted to upcoming supercars. This is a win-win situation for both company as they will have the right exposure on both markets of high-end engines and supercars in the global market. Apparently, this partnership marks the end of Aston Martin’s long collaboration with Ford as it drops the engine which is manufactured in Ford Germany.
We can expect that Daimler will be giving its best in design and production of the V8 engine to give the right impression –definitely Daimler will have latest technology housed in the engine block but will surely be limited to Aston Martin.
Furthermore, definitely we can expect great works from Daimler as this will be the statement to expand its current market from luxury cars and trucks but for supercars specifically for the 2016 Aston Martin Vanquish.
