Amazon Kindle prices 15% discount to thank FAA

In the wake of the recent announcement from FAA which air travelers can now use their gadgets throughout the entire flight —-Amazon posted price cuts on their Kindle products to celebrate.

If ever you’re eying to grab the discounted Kindle products, all you need to do is enter the promo code “ThnksFAA” upon checkout. Apparently, the promotion is a one-day only sale event.

“We’ve been fighting for our customers on this issue for years, and we are thrilled by the FAA’s recent decision — this is a big win for customers,” said Amazon VP Drew Herdener in a statement. “Delta and JetBlue have already started flights with the new rules — we’re excited to see which airlines are next.”
