HP has just launched its flagship Chrome OS loving laptop with the new HP Pavilion 14 Chromebook. If you can remember, there’s a leak last week that confirms the existence of HP’s Chromebook, and today it’s official.
The 14-incher HP Pavilion 14 Chromebook features a 1.1GHz Intel Celeron 847 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB flash storage capacity and a 1,366×768 pixel resolution display. And on the integration, there will be three USB 2.0 sockets, Ethernet, HDMI and an SD memory card reader. Plus, early adapters will have 100GB of Google Drive space for 2 years.
On the side note, the HP Chromebook is quite literally heavy, though the company said it’s just under 4lbs –another worthy thing, quite heavy too for the pocket as compared to Samsung Chromebook that is just $249, the HP 14 Pavilion Chromebook will have a price tag of $330.
The HP Pavilion 14 Chromebook is available in the U.S. right now over at HPDirect.com and you can also check Amazon.com.
