Early this week, Wall Street Journal reported about the number of hours we spend monthly watching videos on the largest online media sharing site, which apparently confirmed by a YouTube spokesperson to Mashable. Yes, it’s stunning 4-billion hours!
Interestingly, back in May, YouTube announced that its users were watching 3-billion hours of videos per month and seeing how the video-sharing giant skyrocketed for a very short period of time –it might be not to long for the company to tell us that it has recorded 5-billion hours monthly.
In addition, YouTube users now upload 72 hours of content every minute which has considerable difference back in 2008 which users were only uploading 10 hours of media content every minute.
