Apple goes on high gear as it prepares the next major version of the iOS for a fall release. Supposedly, this update will include cloud-based services which will include a music-locker for streaming content and location tracking. According to the rumors, Apple may give us a hint of this new version in June at WWDC 2011 — together with it what seems to be another iPad.
Onto the details, the new music streaming service will go to the cloud as users will be allowed to have their music stored on a remote server instead of a local drive. This would also allow them to stream the same content to different iOS devices. Another Apple product, the OS-X Lion will also join the clouds this summer and will include more or less the same services — thus bringing the gap between the mobile products and Macs even smaller.
Turning the rumor mill even further is the “iPad 3” which is supposedly including a higher resolution display then the current iPad 2.
