Don’t be surprised if LG will show off their new 3D-glasses-less smartphone in the middle of this year as the company confirmed that they’re readying the Optimus 3D for the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2011). Check out the statement after the break.
The LG Optimus 3D addresses the lack of 3D content issue — one of the biggest problems facing the 3D market — with a complete platform for a one-of-a-kind experience on a mobile device. LG’s most advanced smartphone to date will feature a dual-lens camera for 3D recording, a glasses-free LCD panel for 3D viewing and diverse connectivity options such as HDMI and DLNA for 3D content sharing anytime, anywhere.
We need to wait until it LG unveils this 3D phone at the MWC few weeks from now before we give our fair judgement. However, we can expect some awesome performance with the Optimus 3D features dual-core processor running a complete 3D support and still our mouth is shut for the 3D screen issues. Apparently, if this phone will sports adjustable 3D screens show off by Sharp last CES, ooh, sweet, this deserves a MWC highlight.
