In its quest to join the trend setter Apple with its iPad, Samsung has outed their mainstay tablet called android-loving Galaxy Tab, and the company was expecting that they will sell a million unit before this year ends. Apparently, this target seems in-reach as Samsung told The Korea Herald it has sold 600,000 of the tablets worldwide so far, less than a month after launch.
We’re not seeing that impressive numbers compared to iPad, accordingly 30,000 units sold in Korea since its November 14th launch there. The saturated market of tablet has also something to do with this, we assumed. Anyways, but for the target of 1-million we see this can be cleared out as we approach the Holiday Season.
