Firefox 4 Beta 1 Now Available for Download

We’ve been waiting for this update from Mozilla and if you’re tired of IE-monopoly then we know you gonna love this one. The second most popular browser Firefox has now made its 4.0 release official with Beta 1 ready for public consumption today.

We bet that as we speak maybe millions of have clicked the download button giving their Linux, Windows and OSX machines a taste of Firefox 4, however before that maybe you’ll be curious enough to what’s new on the latest Beta version. Mainly the changelog is too large to fit in this article but we’ve seen enormous change on the browser’s front interface, there’s also an add-on manager, support for the new WebM format, improved privacy settings and crash protection.
