MSI preps X Series boasting Intel’s Core i5 ULV processor
If you’re dreaming a much powerful laptop that last up to 8 hours of battery life and you find a smallish netbook feels less than what you need then I know MSI X Series will suit you, along with it’s MacBook Air-like appeal. If your taste isn’t that bad, MSI is prepping an X-series mounted by Intel’s new Core i5 ULV processor dated for June launch.

Intel’s Core-i5 ultra low voltage processor has been up-stage early this year at CES and obviously MSI can’t ignore that it really fits on their X-Slim series that originally runs on 1.3GHz Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 CPU wants to have the procs by June. Acer is also inclined in mounting same more efficient Core-i5 on its Aspire TimelineX 1830T.

Running a Core-i3 on my computer did score a decent Windows 7 rating, so we can expect much for Core-i5, that same thing implied by MSI with X360 running the new i5 plus 7 to 8 hours of battery life (8 Cell). Though there no more details shared by MSI they sums up $700 to $900 configurable pricing while expected availability later this June.
