Panasonic TH-85PF12U industry’s first 85-inch 1080p plasma for $30,000

Panasonic TH-85PF12U HDTV

Literally big, Panasonic TH-85PF12U gigantic plasma display is the company’s pride to be the first 85-inch, full-HD, 1080p plasma. Not to mention it has the first to have a $30,000 totally big price, denying the fact that plasma’s dropping price.

This new plasma sports the newly developed Panasonic NeoPDP technology for high-quality picture and energy-efficiency. As CNET, took review on smaller Panasonic plasmas the result is quite impressive giving great picture without sacrificing the energy usage.

TH-85PF12U feature 74.4 inches by 41.8 inches wide-screen dimensions and body-depth of 3.9 inches, significantly thinner and lighter than other past Panasonic plasmas.

Seemingly this was just a multimillionaire stuff, but with the price trend plasmas has for the past years, you just need to wait, maybe by next year this could hit 50 percent less than the current price.
