Dell unveiled their first in-plane-switching technology (IPS) based 24-inch LCD screen UltraSharp U2410. The new LCD screen is hyped with its cutting-edge color and accuracy.

IPS based display will enable hardware-less upgrade to attained accurate and vivid color display. Interestingly, this screen will feature up to 100 percent coverage on both sRGB color and Adobe RGB space.

In addition, the new Dell LCD screen will have 80,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 400cd/m2 brightness, with 6ms pixel response time and variety of integrating ports like DisplayPort inputs, VGA, DVI, HDMI, four-port USB hub, RCA and component inputs for analog devices integration.

UltraSharp U2410 LCD screen is now available in Japan with equivalent price of $758. Apparently there are no words for its US release.
