ASUS is set to release the P6X58 Premium motherboard which sports two USB 3.0 ports. The Mobo also supports Core i7 processor, six DDR-3 slots, 3 PCI-Express slots, and a SATA 3.0 interface capable of 6Gb/sec transfer speeds.
There is still no word yet on the pricing and release date information. And unfortunately there are no benchmarks to be carried out, since all we know that there are lack of hardware capable and supporting this new USB 3.0 technology.
Stay on hold, as we can expect new desktops, laptops, netbooks and even mobile phones models can appear to have USB 3.0 support by the end of these year or a far early 2010.
