iPhone 3G S gets dismantled reveals Samsung chipset at 600MHz and the ability for 720p video recording

The guys at the RapidRepair gets the first hands-on of the new iPhone 3G S from Paris Orange Boutique that did a midnight release (6PN EST) so the troupe heads up for the rally to do the first tear-down on this new gadget.

Luckily what they have discovered the new Samsung SoC S5PC100 cutting edge technology to power up the 3G S. A confirmation of an ARM Cortex A8 running at 600 MHz (operates at up to 833MHz though) with PowerVR SGX graphics and the ability to record 720p video, plus a suspected 256MB of RAM was reflected.
