If you’re looking for a mini-laptop with a much cheaper price, Acer Aspire One comes in at just $349 with offerings of a standard netbook’s 1.6-GHz Intel Atom CPU and 1GB of RAM. Acer’s well-constructed, elegant entry measures 9.8 by 6.7 by 1.1 inches, weighs 2.3 pounds, and features user friendly spacious keyboard.
Considering the price of its counter part in the market Aspire One really looks like a steal, but it’s included three-cell battery shows drawback with shorter life, somehow you’ll realized that you will need an added $100 for a six-cell battery upgrade.
If you can live with that pain and paltry battery life, Aspire One remains a good, cheap choice –with still less pricy than Lenovo Ideapad S series and Asus Eee PCs.
