Acer debuts M900 F900 X960 DX900 Tempo Smartphones Series


Acer charging not only on the land of mobile PC, but taking it hard on mobile phones unveiling sets of Tempo Series of Acer Smartphones. Yes, you read it right, at Mobile World Congress 2009 Acer announced ACER M900, ACER F900, ACER X960 and ACER DX900 as part of the first set of new Acer smartphones.

Stylish and design for business communications on the go, M900 comes with preinstalled Windows® Mobile 6.1 Professional, Outlook® Mobile email and Office Mobile (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and HSDPA enabled with 3.8-inch WVGA touchscreen for more convenient web browsing. The M900 also features fingerprint sensors for phone security and easier password maintenance, it’s also equipped with GPS, FM Radio, voice recorder and voice-command, expandable memory, and a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with flash.

F900 is designed for internet browsing, with friendly interface(widget based) and easy to use touch keyboard. It features 3.8-inch WVGA touch screen, high-speed 3.75G HSDPA/HSUPA and WiFi connectivity, integrated 3.2-megapixel auto-focus camera with flash, GPS, FM Radio, voice recorder, voice command, and expandable memory. Additionally, equipped by new Internet Explorer® 6 supporting JavaScript and Adobe Flash Lite, internet goers, will have a great time having this powerful gadgets.

DX900 is the world’s first Dual-SIM Smartphone to support both 3.5G (HSDPA) and 2.75G (EDGE) SIM taking up all combined internet/navigation/connectivity functionalities in the Tempo series. Acer DX900 features a front-side VGA camera for video calls, voice recorder, voice-command, 3.2-megapixel autofocus camera with flash and expandable memory. The user interface features 3D animated icons with transition effects and with large finger-friendly buttons for a smooth browsing experience.
