The latest iteration of GoPro action cameras has just been announced. To start the week, GoPro CEO Nick Woodman unveiled the Hero 5 Black and Hero 5 Session. Both action-loving cameras sports 4K-video capability, electronic image stabilization and support to multi-language voice controls. The premium black edition will feature a 2-inch touchscreen display, GPS, three microphones, and notably waterproof up to 30 feet without requiring a separate case. Pricing details shows the Hero5 Black will be available for $399, while the Hero 5 Session will cost $299. These cameras will be available on October 2.
Apart from these gorgeous cameras, the company also announced a compact-foldable drone called GoPro Karma. The setup includes a flip-up touchscreen controller, which the company boasts easy flight for beginners and pro-pilots. One economical aspect of the Karma is the removable stabilizer that you can mount on your bike, helmet or have it installed on included Karma Grip handheld stabilizer. The GoPro Karma will be available on October 23rd for $799 —-it’s back-compatible to Hero 4 Silver, Hero 4 Black and Hero 5 cameras.
