The change on Instagram’s ToS last month caused the popular social photo sharing site a drop on its subscribers on that period to significant 4 plus million. The new terms were misread to have Instagram the right to sell your picture for advertising and keep all its proceeds. And the company has no choice but to revise its ToS to get rid of possible major impact on its business. Now that Instagram seemed to be back on its normal operations, the social photo sharing site has just announced that it hits 90 million active users.
On this massive Instagram follower or subscriber, there are 40 million pictures are uploaded on the site daily generating an outstanding “8,500″ likes and 1,000 comments per second. And according to its co-founder Kevin Systrom, “Instagram continues to see very strong growth around the world. With many of the product and internationalization improvements we’ve made, we’ve been excited to see these efforts resonate with users globally.”
