HP and Dell continue to dominate the computer market with 25.7 percent and 24.0 percent market shares, respectively. Though we see the Apple‘s iPad booming market, still this leaves the company on the fourth place with 8.8 percent share (doubt if the device is counted as computer), third comes Acer dropped from 12.3 percent to 11.0 percent and completing the top five with Toshiba’s 8.5 percent.
Intel has gotten their first best ever quarter revenues, not surprising with the overall computer shipments worldwide rose to 22.4 percent and 21.4 percent in the U.S. alone.
This few manufacturers was incredibly plague by recession including Intel who’s producing their major parts. It seems that this year is great season for this industries and we welcome its nicely done competitions.
