A minor update to Safari 4 has been released by Apple which addresses Mac and Windows stability and security issues. Seemingly the users are well satisfied with Safari 4.0.2, though some users note that there were plug-in issues with the update.
Apple claims that this update “improves the stability of the Nitro JavaScript engine and includes the latest compatibility and security fixes.” The security fixes mainly addresses Mac OS X and Windows XP/Vista WebKit-related bugs.
The Safari 4 has been reported for the past few months for its random crashes, and with this updates we are hoping that it resolves likely that issues. Far from other reports of plug-ins issue, we don’t yet experience it and if you have experience it just share it on the comment line below.
