AMD also added two new server chips on the line up of Six-Core Opteron. Both chips consume up to 105 watts and priced at $2,649 and $1,019, respectively.

Vendors like IBM and Dell are gearing up their servers with this new low power processor chips from AMD that is expected by coming months, apparently HP has already move ahead with its ProLiant G6 systems equipped the new Six-Core Opteron chips.
